Foundations:- Rcc islated footing ,Brick work in cement mortar and DPC with water proofing compound.

Super Structure:- RCC Columns ,Beam and Brick work in cement mortar.

Roof Slab:- Reinforced Cement Concrete.

Doors & Windows:- All doors and windows frames of pressed steel/seasoned and chemically treated wood ,door shutters of flush door type and window shutters of seasoned & chemically treated wood will be used. All wood work shall be painted with best quality synthetic enamel paint , Steel grill shall be provided in the windows.

Floor Finish:- In drawing /dining room Vitrified tiles ,in bed rooms premium class flooring of Porcelain Tiles , in kitchen ,bathrooms ,Balcony and Utility area Anti Skid Ceramic tiles.

Wall Finish:- All Internal walls shall be plastered and painted with oil bound
distemper after doing the base work Drawing room ceiling shall be done with
Plaster of Paris work decorative molding .

Toilets:- Glazed tiles on wall upto 7ft.height ,wash basin ,CP fittings and WC with concealed plumbing ,Provision shall be made in the bathrooms for fitting the Geyser.

Kitchen:- Marble with Granite Polish on working top. Glazed tiles shall be provided on wall over the working top. Kitchen sink of steel will be provided.

Electrical:- Modern Electrical system with concealed copper wiring ,Premium quality Modular Switches, TV/ Telephone /ceiling fans ,exhaust fan ,geyser ,Tube light points in all rooms, drawing ,kitchen and toilets.
